NBCUniversal required a high-energy broadcast package for a three-weekend movie event on Studio Universal. The block focused on action films from the nineties and early 2000s. To drive viewer retention, the network needed a promotional concept that framed these films through the lens of a live sports broadcast, capturing the fast-paced momentum of a blow-by-blow commentary.

I designed and animated the core visual sequences entirely within Cinema 4D. The animation layout was built to mimic the energetic, statistic-heavy style of sports television, translating classic action tropes—like car chases, fistfights, and stunts—into rapid, dynamic visual cues. The pacing, camera movement, and text reveals were specifically timed to match the rhythm of a sports announcer, creating an urgent, event-driven feel for the promos.
A distinct broadcast identity that successfully ran across three consecutive weekends. The sports-inspired presentation provided a unique hook for the network's archive content, effectively capturing the attention of action fans and driving viewership throughout the event.
